The staff was friendly and courteous. However, the hotel's room service was poor, the rooms were filthy, and the cuisine was only passably satisfactory. Overall, the experience was poor and unsatisfactory. The cab driver they provided at the time of drop-off was quite obnoxious, rude, ill-mannered and unkind.

Sharing my experience of Room 210 and 203. You need to carry your bulb if wish to have some light in the room. Also carry door latch and tools it you want to lock your bathroom door because they don't know that bathroom door needs lock. They are very generous they don't only give you hot water also current with it so that it's easy for to electrocute you self and get hot.Also bathroom floor turns into bath tub after shower because of well maintained drainage. In 203 you will also get bed bugs so that you don't feel lonely at night. The ac will help you be awake and alert all night by its loud compressor sound. All these facilities comes at just 1800 per room per night. Just give it a try I can guarantee that you will get much more respect for all the hotel you have been in the past. All the best.

Their manager is very worst. Don't know how to talk with guest. Even He don't know how to talk with hotel workers. He is very cheap guy. Except Food Service provided buy girl is good and reception person is also good . this manager and all other personals are worst.

We booked 2 rooms in this hotel.. Hotel is very old so all doors, Wardrobes lights etc are old fashioned.. Only the entrance part is attractive.. Average rooms and services.. Location is good..

Stayed here for 2 nights. I have a mixed opinion about this place. The good -> 1. It's in a central part of the town (albeit bit narrow and crowded) but most places are accessible 2. Few of the hotel staff were friendly and immediately attended to service requests when called. 3. The family room was very large (but unclean... details later, in the 'bad' part) with 2 large beds and 3 sofas The bad -> 1. The sofas in the family room were unclean and definitely had bugs in them, since you'd start to itch as soon as you sat on it. 2. The locker in the room was not working. The service personnel tried and couldn't get it to work. 3. The door locks were flimsy and you had to force with superhuman strength to lock. Overall, looked badly maintained. 4. Breakfast was average.
