Our experience was good overall. Two instances where I felt I would think again before visiting. 1. We booked in advance for late check out. At the time of booking they said they will allow check out at 6 PM but actually on the day of check out person who booked us stopped picking our calls and other staff made us check out at 5 PM . So little bit of trust issues with the staff. 2. I asked one of the cleaning staff to clean the room which he refused initially. Later on he agreed to do it.

I have booked this hotel for a short stay last month. The ambience was nice and calm. What I liked was the response from the front desk staff. He was polite and courteous. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The rooms are spacious. The room service was prompt. There was a safety locker in the room. The bathroom was neat and clean and provided with toiletries. I had used book and pay later for booking this hotel. You can check with the hotel prior to booking. There is a restaurant in this property. The food was good. No issues. It's a continental restaurant.

Rooms were neat and clean, especially the bath room along with its complimentary supplies. Had a little waiting time for room service, but then yes, the staff were exceptionally well mannered and polite. Best location, nice ambience. Strongly recommend especially if you are planning on a family visit...!

I've been to this place last month and we have good experience I had in the recent times. The staff is so cooperative and they helped me out with their best dishes in starters and main course. The food is delicious and I would say it's budget friendly. I liked the roof top ambience.

I have been there for 2 days last week, it was a great experience there. The conference room is great for organizing business gatherings, the space, sound etc was awesome, the staffs are very competitive. We have wonderful dining experiences there.
