• Charges involved on a EasyEMI transaction
  • Processing fees of INR 299 + GST
  • Gap Interest will be levied on First EMI calculated from the loan booking date to payment due date
  • GST will be levied on Processing Fee, Gap interest and Pre-closure fee as applicable
• In the Case of No Cost EMI benefit offered by Merchants, the interest that will be charged by the Bank for the EMI transaction will be provided as upfront discount at the time of transaction or during the loan booking as applicable by the transaction mode.
• Bank will continue to charge interest during the tenure opted by the customer at the annual interest rate by reducing balance method. In Monthly reducing balance cycle, the principle loan amount is reduced for every EMI paid and interest is calculated in the balance of outstanding principle loan amount to be paid.
• In the event of customer preclosing/ cancelling EMI on an originally Credit Card EMI or Debit Card EMI transaction, 'Pre-closure Interest charges' + 3% Pre-closure Fee on principle Outstanding (as applicable) will apply at the time of all Pre-closures.
• Benefits like payback / Instant discount etc offered by the merchant at the time of loan booking will be debited within 120 days of EMI closure. Cashback will be posted only those transaction for which loans are active as on posting date.

General Bank Terms and Conditions for Cards

• The offer is an instant discount and will be provided upfront at the time of purchase.
• HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
• HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner
• HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
• This Offer is made available to the Customers selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other offer

• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from the posting date. After said date the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholder.
• Any Tax, service charge or other charges levied with regards to the Promotional Offer, may be borne by the Card Holder / winner.

Conditions In Case of Cancellation

• If a booking is partially or fully cancelled, the offer will no longer be valid and the customer will not be entitled to receive the discount.
• In the event of any rescheduling or cancellation, the customer will be responsible for paying any fare difference (irrespective of whether it relates to base fare or taxes/surcharges) along with any applicable rescheduling or cancellation charges.

Terms of the Offer

• This offer is not applicable on HDFC Bank commercial cards or HDFC Bank Paytm cards.
• Add-on cards will be considered as separate cards for the purpose of this offer.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other Bag2Bag promotion or discount.
• The offer is valid only on eligible cards as determined by HDFC Bank. For any disputes related to card eligibility, customers must contact HDFC Bank directly.
• Bag2Bag and HDFC Bank reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to add, modify, alter, change, replace, extend, or withdraw this offer, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
• For any card-related issues or claims, customers must approach HDFC Bank. Bag2Bag will not handle or resolve such claims.

• Under no circumstances shall Bag2Bag’s total liability under this offer exceed the value of the promotional discount provided.
• Bag2Bag shall not be responsible for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this offer.
• Any disputes arising from or related to this offer will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
• The Bag2Bag User Agreement and Privacy Policy will apply.
• Customers who are travel agents by profession are prohibited from making bookings on behalf of their clients. Bag2Bag reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel such bookings, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
