Property Rules
1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to avail any of the packagaes. There will be No refund if cancelled any time before check-in date as the property offering these packages does not allow cancellatiom
2. Package Booking once made there will be no modification allowed for the check-in date or check-in time, However this will be on sole discretion of the proeprty if there is an availability of the package. Also, There Will be No refund in case of no-show.
3. Staycation packages has standard checkin & checkout time and early checkin is subject to availability.
4. Certain property offering the Daycation packages are time bound and allows checkin as per the details provided in the package. Every extra hour utilized post the last checkout time will attract additional charges and will be on the sole discretion of the hotel and Bag2Bag has no role to play to play into it. In Case of extention of the daycation packages customer will need to check with the property directly. Bag2Bag have no role either in the extension of booking or charges incurred by the Property.
5. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the Proeprty offering the packages. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
6. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary in the proeprties where it is mentioned in the package without the use of extra mattress.
7. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child for the proeprty offering / Allowing the child proeprty in certain packages
8. Pets are strictly not allowed with the proeprty offering these packages.
9. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Property Offering these packages, the proeprty reserves the right to take action against the guest and Bag2Bag has no role to play into it.
10. Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.
11. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to proeprty asset. Guest shall keep the Proeprty room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
12. The guest is required to follow the hotel policies for No Smoking Policy or dress code for pool or party.
13. Proeprty reserves the right to cancel the booking of the packages in case of no response from the customer.
14. Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking. However, each Proeprty offering these packages has its own set of specific regulations, it is advisable to check with the reception for their policies.
15. The Confirmation of the package booked will be informed to the customer via email within ONE Hour.
16. Inclusions offered by the proeprty can be accessed on either of the days for staycation packages and all inclusions offered are contingent upon availability.
17. Certain proeprty offering the packages that has Lunch & Dinner Included has either Buffer or Alacarte which is dependent on the day of the week.
18. Inclusions mentioned in packages may run out of availability so booking the package is not a guarantee of complete fulfillment.
19. Any Quality concerns during the stay with regards to amenities or food will be entertained directly by the property.
20. Digitial subscriptions provided by the proeprty are limited. In Some cases customers will be able to use their own subscription in the proeprty premises.
