Yes. Of course you can. To cancel your booking, please follow the steps below: Log onto Bag2Bag App/Website with your registered mobile no. or email id and password. Go to booking history. Tap on the booking you intend to cancel. Tap on Cancel. Please review the cancellation penalty and refund amount before you confirm to cancel the booking. The refund amount would reflect in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-10 working days. However, it may take an additional 3-14 working day to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.

Can I modify my hotel bookings?

Users can not modify hotel bookings.
