I’d prefer rating 3.5, it’s a good hotel, good location, but property is fairly new and they have limited staff hence service is not just slow but sometimes they don’t even deliver. This may improve with time. It’s bang on golf course extension road, so 5 star on location.

The rooms are spacious (with separate kitchenette+couch area), feel good, with colored walls and good decor and sunny balconies with unobstructed views. Washrooms are small and the only thing they should have is some sort of divider on floor to prevent water from the shower area from going all over the bathroom and leaving the floor wet all the time. We were happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again! Staff needs to be more attentive though, since most of the time we had to call reception multiple times for the same requests and sometimes nobody even came after that and we gave up (eg. asking for plates etc)

There was no electricity in the hotel from 2am to 9:30 am and still sign of it coming back. Rooms are big but there are ants. Room has 2 AC out of which only one works but that too does not cool the room properly. Very poor stay.

Our stay was decent; the food met expectations, but room service stood out with promptness and attentiveness. However, the bedsheets were a bit disappointing in terms of quality. Stains were found on the bedsheets. Despite this, the overall comfort of the stay was good, suggesting room for improvement to elevate the experience.

I Stayed in there for 3 Days 2 Nights. Rooms are Good and Spacious. 1. Room was not Ready on Time 2. Buffet Breakfast was Bad and Tasteless. 3. Bedsheet were not Cleaned Properly. 4. Room Service was slow. 5. Washroom Essentials were not given 6. Rooms were not Maintained at all. 7. Washroom Amenities are not Updated.
