Worst experience. Rooms were not cleaned.bedaheet was dirty. Washroom equipments were damaged. Service is also bad. Front office person's behavior was so rude nd not helpful. According to price it is not good. Rooms are small.

A fine place to check in but the only problem you can experience is when you book the place and find out there are two hotel on same road at same place. You might end up going to the one which is not having your booking. Have a good time.

Location is awesome, 5 min walk from cybercity and 30 min drive to Airport. Quick service and courteous staff. But not a good hotel for family. Stay away if travelling with family. Additionally they don't have lift facility.

Not at all like photos show in the goibibo app. My bathroom had a broken tap. There was crack allover in bathroom. The only thing that was nice about this place was the food quality and the behaviour of the receptionist.

I stayed at Hotel Smart Inn recently, and while the room was clean and it did include breakfast, I found the price for two persons per day a bit on the higher side. There was also an odd smell in the room that I couldn't quite identify. The room service was acceptable, but overall, I expected a bit more for the price I paid.
