stayed at cardinal express oxmo last weekend and it was honestly such a smooth experience. booking the room online was super easy and everything was ready when i showed up. the place is clean and the staff were really chill and helpful throughout my stay. i loved how simple the whole check in process was because i was pretty tired from driving. definitely a solid spot if you need a place to crash that doesnt give you any hassle. will probably book here again next time im in town

Stayed here for 2 days and i was helped by every staff here. They were very polite and friendly. The bed the room and the service was very good... i had a lovely experience. Ms. Sam guided us very well...and co operated and helped us with every question and or enquiry i had. Thank u for the wonderful stay .

The complimentary breakfast was a great addition, offering a good variety of options to start the day. The complimentary airport drop service was also very convenient and made my travel experience hassle-free. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Our stay at Cardinal OXMO Hotel in Delhi was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The problems started at check in. We had booked through Booking.com, and the receptionist was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. Instead of welcoming us, she made sarcastic remarks saying we should have booked through MMT and paid in advance, and because we had booked through Booking.com, we would have to wait. I was travelling with my elderly parents, yet we were made to stand in the lobby for 45 minutes without any explanation, apology, or even the courtesy of offering drinking water. Customer service here is practically non existent. There was no one to help with our luggage. We had to carry our heavy suitcases ourselves from the car to the lobby, up the staircase, and later all the way to our rooms. Even after the long wait, when the receptionist finally handed over the room keys, she had the audacity to say that we were “lucky” to get two rooms, as if she was doing us a personal favour. We had already paid the full amount, yet we were treated with complete disrespect. The rooms themselves were disappointing. The floors were sticky and did not feel clean. The biggest issue was my parents’ room, where the air conditioner was leaking badly. Instead of immediately offering another room, the staff spent hours attempting repairs inside the room with ladders and tools while my elderly parents waited, unable to rest after a tiring journey. Changing the room was never even offered as an option. Unfortunately, the poor attitude continued throughout our stay. When I called housekeeping the next day to request room cleaning, the response was, “You want to clean the room?” in a tone that suggested they were doing me an enormous favour. Every interaction with the staff felt unpleasant and unprofessional. Checkout was no different. There was no assistance, no courtesy, and no sense that they cared about the guest experience. This hotel seems interested only in collecting money, not in providing hospitality. I would strongly advise anyone, especially families travelling with elderly parents, to avoid this hotel. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and cared for. At Cardinal OXMO, we experienced the exact opposite. Rude staff, zero customer service, poor room maintenance, and an overall disappointing experience make this a hotel I would never recommend.
