The hotel is suitable for a one-night stay, especially if you have an early morning flight, as it’s conveniently located near the airport. However, the surrounding area is not very appealing, and the rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which made our stay uncomfortable. On a positive note, the food served was good.

Pathetic experience and the worst thing when we went they told the price that was ok but when we checked out they asked extra money that was totally scam When I asked the receptionist that you should told us before he said nahi ab toh badh gya h Bedsheet was not clean towel was dirty landline was not working and they don't have the basic things for the service.. Waste of moneyyy

It's a nightmare to stay in this hotel. They have showed but beautiful reception and lobby area to deceive people but in reality offers poor rooms, unclean and no proper amenities. The bedsheets were unclean, the room lights were dim, the sheets had stains, the tv was not in a working condition. They had to call a tv mechanic to get it fixed. Being tried, no one is in a state to handle so much intervention. Please don't go for this hotel. You can choose from other option.

First of all, this is NOT a 4 STAR Hotel as they said in the site. This should not be ranked eighther 2 star. I want to say about the hotel room that cleanliness has not been taken care of at all. Even the bedsheet has not been changed. The entire bedsheet and blanket are full of tiny hairs. The bedsheet is completely dirty. On top of that, the bathroom commode is also dirty. Even the toothbrush and toothpaste were not kept, we called and ordered them. We do not expect a luxury room but we can at least expect cleanliness. Despite complaining at the reception, the bedsheet has not been changed yet and we are waiting to sleep. And the staf was so rude.

Terrible room conditions and nothing is maintained. The the worst is their pricing scam. First they tell you a value and then during checkout they say another ans force charge extra.
