It’s a total scam! I booked this hotel based on the impressive photos and 4.8 rating from over 3,000 reviews on Google — and I honestly don’t know how that’s possible. Do NOT book this hotel. 1. No early check-in or flexible checkout. 2. The entire place smells like stale, rotten food. 3. The room was extremely unhygienic — broken door knobs, holes in the walls, dirty and peeling wallpaper. 4. The receptionist was rude and completely unprofessional. Overall, a terrible experience. I checked in, took one look around, had breakfast, and checked out immediately. Even the breakfast was disappointing — ₹250 for a single paratha! Totally not worth it.

I only stayed in this hotel the one night as I had a 10 hour lay over in New Delhi. You pay for what you get and this is a budget hotel. Placed in a quiet back street away from the noise is one of its good feature along with the room was a good size. However, although on the first floor the room was so damp the wallpaper was hanging off of it and mold was visible. Even the paint wouldn't stay on the walls. The staff were okay, neither pleasant or unpleasant but if I got paid what they do, I think I would be the same. The bed was comfortable with clean linen. The bathroom was clean and the shower temperature was what I expected, slightly warmer than freezing cold. They wanted me to pay in cash but unfortunately as I was just transient they had to have part cash & part card. They did arrange a taxi pick up for me but at 1000 rupees it was twice the going rate. I will not be staying here again if I have another lay over.

- Excellent location for Delhi airport and good value for money for a clean basic room - Location is the best bit about this hotel - only 10-15 minutes by taxi! I had a 8 hour layover (Domestic to International terminal) around midnight and wanted to stretch my legs for few hours before the next flight. It was super cheap at Rs.1900 (£17) for a night. They gave me a wake up call at the correct time and booked a taxi to the airport for Rs.500 (£4). Staff was helpful in putting luggage in the taxi. A bottle of water was provided as well. Didn't eat breakfast as I left at 3am, so can't comment on that. - Towels were NOT clean. May be the staff would have replaced had I asked, but I noticed after using them and I was there for only 4 hours so I didn't bother.

Booked the room at "hotel decent suites" when I arrived they took me to a different hotel with a different name, which was not what I booked. I cannot, therefore, give a an accurate review of the hotel's amenities but the location described as a few steps from the airport was a 20 minute ride from terminal 3 and the replacement hotel they provided had numerous cockroaches hiding underneath the kettle. All in all a disappointing experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Decent Suites in Mahipalpur and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The location is very convenient—close to the airport and easily accessible. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and comfortable.
