Rooms are fine, and the taxi driver there, Shiva was awesome... but not pay in advance, as they will say you did not and you do pay twice without letting you leave... very dishonest very rude

​Hotel Palm View is an excellent value-for-money spot if your priority is convenience, airport accessibility, and a clean bed. It is perfect for business travelers on the move or tourists using Delhi as a jumping-off point for places like Manali or Agra. However, if you are looking for a quiet, luxury leisure resort to spend days relaxing in, you may want to look closer to central New Delhi or Aerocity proper.

All I can say is one of the worst hotel, I don’t recommend people to stay in this hotel rather than staying here better to spend time on the road because you will be not having the peaceful sleep in this hotel because whole day and night there was an work going on in different floor like day and night both the noice is too much which you can’t handle. I booked this hotel recently this December first week the cleanliness was disaster and hotel staffs are unhygienic and even the manager was not professional enough to handle the customer. Also the ratings and comments from their own people just to increase the ratings, I’ll never suggest anyone to book this hotel if you guys want the peaceful stay.

Rooms are good and other people are good except reception guy. That reception guy is very rude and always behaves rude and irritating. One star is only for that person, other things are fine One more thing is , they are not ready to provide the price in which they displayed in Third party apps like Agoda or Booking.com. Fans are extremely noisy and shaky. We got afraid that it will fall off. They said extra money room available and agoda money rooms are full.

⭐ Very disappointing stay – false rating and misleading photos I booked this hotel through Booking.com based on its rating, but the reality was completely different. Cleanliness was zero. The bed sheets were dirty and clearly already used by previous guests, which was unacceptable. The room was noisy all night, making it impossible to sleep — we didn’t sleep even one hour. Because of these conditions, we had to check out early at 1:30 AM. As a foreign traveler, I do not recommend this hotel at all. The rating is misleading, and the photos of the hotel and rooms appear to be heavily edited and do not reflect the real condition of the property. Please be careful and do not be fooled by false ratings and pictures.
