Good AC room, LED, private washroom. Hotel staff is helpful and taxi services available 24 X7

I want to mention a horrible offense that the receptionist has committed while my father was checking into the hotel. I booked the hotel for my father who is little familiar with intricacies of technology. He reached the hotel about 1am at night exhausted and famished. The receptionist asked for the voucher/any sms which has the booking details. Father showed him the PDF file which I sent him over whatsapp. The receptionist told that it was not enough to know "something", you have to provide the OTP. 2656 is your login OTP. Treat this as confidential. Goibibo will never call you to verify your OTP. aA7YXnBciKU Father innocently handed over the OTP to him. Then the receptionist wrote a nice and 5/5 review for the hotel on behalf of my account by signing into it with the help of the OTP. Incidentally I received a notification from goibibo thanking me for the review I posted. I was taken aback, asked my father if he had posted the review. Turns out neither of us posted that. The receptionist guy logged into our account and posted the review. Now, if you go through all the reviews you can see the pattern of English that all the reviews are somehow same. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Goibibo should take strong action against them.

The wrost hotel I ever visited.. I booked this hotel online at 7 days ago using make my trip..I am a Soldier and was going on transfer at Leh, my flight was at 6:45 morning on 27th may..So reached this hotel on 3:22 pm and shocked to see that there was no room for me...They said they can give a room to me theirs other hotel something like aero stay that was 14km far from there. I was too tired by my 235 km journey and it was also hot that day...Hotel staff is also very bad..The lady who was on reception said to cancle my booking and find another hotel...I requested them to help but she ignored. So I called make my trip and they talked to lady but she was still saying to provide room in another hotel. Make my trip talked to hotel manager then I could check-in..It became 1:25 hours standing on reception..She even not asked me for water or sit down.. Finally on request of make my trip they gave me Room but it was very hot..Fan was throwing hot air and ac was not working...I asked to on the ac but staff said here is power cut so ac will not work.. at the time of writing this comment it has been 7:53 but power not come in City like delhi..I think they are making me fool...They have removed the wire from anywhere. Friends please never book this hotel if you trust on an Indian soldier.
