Very bad behavior hotel owner. Doesn't know how to react with customers. No good quality room n in room smell of cigarette are continuously coming. Disaster.😡

We first time visiting this place and we can say thank you, Opera. Nice smell and design, guys in clean shirts, hot water, not so much noise and my favourite point that in this hotel prohibited alcohol. If you need something - you can ask. If they forget something - you can remind. They will do Price is ok for this quality. And if you ask them correctly about some discount they will give you. More that, if you look at room and don’t want stay they don’t push you. My deep respect for your work guys.

I would give 0 stars if possible - worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, can only recommend to stay away from this place. it’s in a spooky neighborhood, we were offered a room with dirty bed sheets, smelling like smoke since someone just smoked in that room and unwashed dishes and a strange smell overall. Also we’ve been freezing and it was super noisy. I understand it’s cheap but then at least make sure everyone sees what is offered. the pics and description are just fake.

I stayed for overnight and didn't disappoint me to book in this hotel since the room was clean and most esp the linens were really clean. Washroom was clean and accommodating staff. They attend to your needs. Good wifi signal. For budget traveller this is good and location is near terminal 3. Over all Im really happy to sleep in a comfortable bed with clean linens.
