This hotel doesn't even belong for 1 star. I have booked after checking the pictures here, but it was very poor experience. Don't trust the pictures here. Hotel bathroom was extremely dirty. You will find public bus stand toilet better than this. After exploring the room(dirty bathroom, broken electric socket, broken TV) I asked to change the room they provided another room but that room was also pretty much similar. I asked to refund my cash which he has taken before exploring the room but they refused and charged 900/- just for few mints. Google could you please provide negative ratings also so that we can provide -1/-2 for such extremely unhygienic hotels.

If there's was an option to select 0 stars I would be glad to choose that. The rooms are big; that would be the only positive trait. An example of terrible service is when I asked the guy about hot water availability, he sarcastically said: "Why do you need hot water in this hot weather?". The next day, the taps were dry. Don't expect to dine like a king for breakfast, because you'll be served something that is hardly edible.

No TV Remote No batteries in AC Remote Delay for everything No Geyser or hot water facility Smoke smelling rooms Dirty towels & bed sheets Bad food quality which comes after 2 hours Receiptionist charged me for toothpaste, toothbrush & soap . Even though breakfast was included in my booking the receiptionist denied to give tea & breakfast So ultimately I have to leave room by 9:00AM where check out was at 11:00AM The receiptionist hardly picks up calls and the servent denies to give hot water for bathing in chilling winters of Delhi . Overall I would recommend people to sleep on roads rather than booking this so called hotel.

This is very Unhygienic place. dourty washroom dourty bedsheets his anytime not give me Towel And shop, shampoo extra... hotel's manager is very rudely his used chip words his asked me we are not connected with brevistay so I have no rooms for you because you are coming for brevistay! and you want room so give me full payment directly without brevistay booking

Worst possible experience. Booked a hotel. Confirmed earlier only. Hotel changed(1). Went to the hotel. They said they do not take bookings through oyo. All customer care 2nd time. They checked for shifting and more than 5 hotels didn't respond. After that an hotel accepted. Called the hotel. They said they do not take bookings through oyo(2). Called customer care for the 3rd time. He took property manager in call and he gave me location. Went there,they said not accepting booking at this price. Called customer care for the 4th time. They said they can't help..either they will again shift the booking or cancel the booking altogether. All this is happening between 11:30 pm to 1:00 am in Delhi , and I was traveling solo. Scary, dangerous. They said they can't provide any compensation also.
