We had a wonderful day stay at hotel HSP suits. The hotel is located in a great locality, with with easy access to nearby attractions and essentials. The overall atmosphere was clean comfortable, and welcoming. A special shout out to prabhat and sunil at the reception who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We were traveling with 5-year old daughter and truly appreciate and early check in which prabhat graciously arranged understanding our situation. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibley helpful and responsive especially when needed milk for our daughter, even during late night hours. Their 24/7 assistance made a big difference and added to our peace of mind as a parents. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with young children. Hotel HSP Suites is definitely not 3 star. I have gone through rating and decided to book, but once I checked in I realised that it was average hotel and rating especially 5 and 4 star look scam. First of all don’t go with photos posted by hotel, It’s a very old property and the room is not well maintained at all. The lift is not operational at all Pros - 01) Those who want to stay next to Delhi Airport, can go for it O2) The staff were cooperative I have to say. One example I asked them to help me with print of pdf. Hotel printer was not working, however the hotel reception told me it will done and you will get before checking out. 03) They provide all the amenities which they mention and plus point was pair of slippers for both me and my wife which I guess it was not mentioned Cons - O1) Property is old, room is not well maintained, so my suggestion avoid booking if you are travelling with family O2) They will give you not clean bees sheet, strain blanket, table and sofa does not look clean too. 03) The geyser was not functional and the exhaust fan space was broken O3) They are not providing daily cleaning service O4) It is located in the narrow street, so if you are coming by your 4 wheeler vehicle you can avoid it O5) The lift is not operational at all, however their staff will help you to carry your luggage, but the problem you will feel when you are staying at 2nd floor and you need to plan to refill water 06) The air condition look very old, but some what it was working 07) Food they provide from their restaurnant is horrible. I ordered Mattar planner and rice, they bought Muttor paneer with full oil and spices flowing and for rice It feels like they bring the rice which they have cooked yesterday. So don’t ordered their food My suggestion - this hotel is definitely not 3 star. You can book if you are getting in less price or deal

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Food quality was good and service was timely. Overall ambience of the hotel was calm and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing. Special thanks Mr Karan for the warm hospitality.
