Everything is fake. We booked Hotel seeing Reviews at multiple places , but in reality everything is fake. What's wrong - Room Size - very small Washroom - Like Public Toilet Location - Not suitable to walk during night time At Midnight, no water in washroom, Room Phone also not working, so we went to Reception then they started motor to fill tank. Overall it was a Nightmare Experience.

I had an extremely disturbing experience with the staff at Hotel Aerovilla. My son checked in on 07-03-2026 and was clearly told the room charge was ₹1600 for the night as he had an early morning flight. However, at checkout around 3:30 AM the staff suddenly demanded an additional ₹899 and refused to let him leave without paying. When he questioned the charge and showed the online tariff, the staff behaved aggressively and even grabbed his hand when he tried to record the incident. This kind of intimidation and harassment of a guest is completely unacceptable. Even more suspicious, although he stayed at Aerovilla, the bill was issued under the name “Hotel The Palm View.” This raises serious concerns about their billing practices. This hotel appears to mislead guests about prices and then pressure them to pay extra at checkout. I strongly advise travelers to be extremely cautious before booking here. I am escalating this matter to consumer authorities. ⭐ Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

From my personal experience, staying at Hotel AeroVilla was truly a pleasant and comfortable experience. As a woman traveling alone, safety and kindness are very important to me, and I honestly felt both during my stay here. The staff were very respectful, patient, and helpful. I personally appreciated how they treated me with care and made sure I was comfortable. When I asked for a charger, they helped me immediately, which showed their good service and attention to guests. What I really liked was the way they explained everything clearly and calmly so it was easy for me to understand. Small things like this make a big difference for travelers. The room was comfortable, the price was reasonable, and the atmosphere felt peaceful. I truly felt respected and well taken care of during my stay. From my heart, I thank the team at Hotel AeroVilla for their kindness and hospitality. Visited it thinking it is new hotel and will have good amenities, cleanliness, good service but the room was ok, not well ventilated, humid, no sleepers were given only 1 dirty sleeper for 2 guests after we asked for it, given towels after we requested them which were washed but not clean, had black stains on it, one towel given before another after few minutes. Washroom was not clean. Bedsheets were not fresh. No shower gel, shampoo in the washroom. The staff was ok but i feel they should make the room ready before we arrive. We called from the airport to knw the price and availability, a lady on the call said its available and it will cost 1800 for the room and with breakfast 2200 but when we reached there the person in the reception said its not available now and it will be 2500 or 3000. And on the internet the cost was lesser than 1800. But even if its for 2500 or 3000 i think it should maintain cleanliness and live upto the standards and what they show in the pictures on google. Very disappointing experience.
