The hotel room had no water in washroom, AC dripping on bed, extremely dirty, also recieved used towel first before I asked to change. No connectivity no wifi. Extremely rude and misbehaved staff. This place is basically a scam and extremely unsafe for solo women travelers.

Broken door lock and the TV was also broken (visible in the video). The room was very dirty. The staff was not cooperative at all. Even after I requested a room change, they refused to change it. Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend this place, especially for couples.

By far the worst hotel i have seen in my life ! The service was terrible , asked for watter bottle which never came for 2 hours and had to go 4 floor down to get it ourself , the room was not provided as showcased and gave the worst room . The service and amenities mentioned in the booking.com were not given and also said that we don’t. We left early for these cause. Paid for the breakfast and came early as already Mentioned in the form . And still made excuses on random policies. Worst up until Now

I didn’t receive the room I had booked, which was the one with a balcony. Instead, they gave me a room without even a window. The bedsheets were very dirty, and the pillow covers had stains. The washroom was rusty and extremely unclean. The TV was broken, and there was no dustbin, hand wash, or toilet paper provided. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life.

The stay was really good... Very neat and clean rooms and i booked a room without breakfast so i dont know about the food quality.. Facility and location was really good and easily accessible
