One of the worst oyo experience honestly, i did a great mistake not checking reviews on google maps before checking in, REAL CONS- 1)ac connection is at the reception and they keep turning it off in the name of electricity cut off, all the reviews about ac experiences are true, my total ac usage was not more than 2 hours in total, i was not able to sleep due to the warmth in room. 2)rooms are dirty, they don't change bedsheets, they just re-arrange it 3) shower doesn't work properly, neither the staff is co-operative. 4) in mahipalpur itself, all the hotel owners do not take bookings from oyo, they just book offline. 5) review about drinking liqour at night is also true, owner is rather a care-free person and he doesn't care much about negative reviews 6) telephones are off and you cannot call reception directly, you have to call owner's phone number for any problem 7)in mahipalpur, either these hotels are too filthy, or they don't give proper ac services, or they are too costly, don't consider your booking via oyo as confirmed, oyo customer care will re-direct you to some another hotel and your money will be wasted.

It was not that much good. Hotel was good but staff was rude. Without informing us, in morning directly served breakfast to our rooms so early, even that time we were sleeping without giving us options to choose. And after denying service guy placed plates on table without uttering any single word. It was so awkward moment. Even the person who was on reception was kind of bossy nature. Even hotel staff not provided towels, water jug into the room. Hotel Onwer strictly need to change the staff.

One of the wrost oyo i hv ever experienced . I stayed for a week , i was unable to change the oyo bcz i paid money for week . Bt, booking this oyo was my one of the greatest mistake. Dirty Rooms , Too dirty washroom , dirty and old and spotty linen . I asked for housekeeping only one time in whole week , what they did only arranged the used linen and change the dustbin bag . When I asked to change new linen , they told they don’t have . After housekeeping washroom was like before . Guest can not asked for help ,so they block all the telephone from reception. I asked to make the telephone useable , they dont here , so for small help i have to go to reception which i dont get. No channel in cinema. Room service was so bad , they can not here in one time . And given below are the two cons which is not acceptable:- I booked ac room , yes they provide room with handicapped ac . Bt , ac operating connection is not from room , it is from reception in hidden way . So they can easily switch off the ac to save electricity bill . They gave power to ac only for 2-3 hrs in a day when i told them lot of time then . Means i was living in non ac room and paying for ac . 2nd one , in late night hotel owner and hotel staff always used to drink and smoke in lobby area in front of guest , they dnt care about guest . How guest feel safe if they r drinking alcohol in front of guest . My request to customer not to book this oyo , never think to stay there in any condition. N dear oyo please leave your franchise from this property, otherwise u r loosing your customer hope by providing these type of crape hotels .

We came in the middle of the night after a long flight. We needed a room for 6 hours and they asked for a lot of money. They room was dirty, the shower was cold even though they said its going to have hot water. The sheets were dirty And the other guests and the staff made so much noise in the middle of the night It was a horrible experience I truly think this hotel shouldn’t work
