Room service very bad… intercom not working…tv not working… no geyser in the bathroom ….worst hotel I should say…I would have given 0 star but 1 is the lowest that’s why I m giving 1 or else I would have given 0

The location of the hotel and the room was fine but the service was not that good, we placed the order food but it came after one and a half hours delay... I request please order a food before you feel hungry it will take long to come One positive point is airport is very close from this location

Hotel Manager & other staffs are good with their behavior. Car facilities are also available even in night. But the problems are another thing, which are given below: 1. Bathroom are not clean properly. 2. Flash in the commot are not working. 3. Sometimes water not available in bathroom also. 4. Food quality are moderate. 5. Rats or Mouses found in the room frequently. 6. Some unwanted sounds have been heard frequently, but unable to identify the source. 7. AC and Geyser are exists and running, but not working (i.e. no cooling air & hot water).

Hotel services are very nice and they know the management very well like how to attend the customers and help them, Location is near to aerocity its very good place if you need to catch a flight from any terminal early morning and have to travel less. Hotel is near to aerocity around 13 minutes walk and easily crossable roads, I had to give exam very next day and it was very feasible for me to reach to the exam centre on time Rooms are decent 1 double bed, washroom is also nice as well as good for winters. Hotel is ready to provide you service at anytime of the day. I asked for breakfast early morning around 5 or 6 AM and they will able to provide me the same It's a very nice hotel and service is also good

Cockroach in the room and the bed cover was so itchy. Even we asked to change the bed cover, they didn't. Poor and slow service.
