it was such a horrible experience..... room conditions were just so poor with all soakages.... basin tap didn work. .. all plug points were out of order.. even after telling them they didn respond.... telephone wasnt workin.... after telling around 5 to 6 times... they still didn provide with towels.. bed linens wre very very dirty...n smelly.... as if someone urinated there... oh my god.... so so horrible... pl dont even think of staying here

We had a "girls out weekend" and loved every minute of our stay. The staff was extremely helpful from the first call to make arrangements to the last goodbye. There were 14 very happy ladies. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were great; especially the party room on the 2nd floor was all of us could gather together.

It is really need improvement for hotel costs Rs 1800, that's the price I got directly in place. Please be reasonable to give the price. The room floor was dirty, the bed smells bad with the pillow cover was not proper. No toiletries, heater didn't working, the only good thing in this place is the wifi and the old man receptionist, he was nice. Really really need huge improvement. The hostel I stayed the night before was even better with just cost Rs 500. OYO hotel usually treats their colleagues good. Ooh why...

hotel was amazing! We absolutely loved the location. So close to so many places we love. From the moment we arrived was wonderful! He remembered our names and took care of us. Check in was so easy and we were able to get into our room early! Room was very clean and peaceful loved the stocked and how easy room service was to order. We would definitely go back!

DONT GET fooled by the nice and clean photos these crooks put on the OYO website. Those are just for show. In the reality the rooms are dirty and filthy and not even 1/10th the type of rooms these idiots show on OYO. They charged me 1179 for a room which is worse than what one can get in 300. In addition the manager didn't return 21 rupees in change. What a small time thief !!! Giving one star because I cannot give no star. This was the worst hotel I have ever visited. The room which they showed on OYO was completely different from the room which they gave me. It was dirty and smelly. The bedsheets and blankets were so dirty that one would literally vomit. On top of that there was a broken shower head in the bathroom. Dirty mug and buckets were provided. Bugs were roaming around in the room. The hotel claimed that it had hot water facility. But didn't. They gave me hot rod for that later. The door lock from the inside was broken and looking mirror was hanging on one side. The owner did not give my change back completely as he cut charges for water bottle which was complementary. Please do not book this hotel ever. The owner is a thief. He will take money and give you the worst services. Writing bad reviews here since I could not complain. I had an exam the next day and I could not sleep properly due to the inconvenience caused. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! JAGO GRAHAK JAGO
