The room was extremely dirty. The pillows, mattress, bathroom, and overall room condition were not clean at all. The actual room looked completely different from the photos shown online. The pictures are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the hotel. I was also charged more than the price shown in my online booking. The overall experience was very poor, and the cleanliness standards were unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless significant improvements are made.

This property is engaging in blatant false advertising. The photos and reviews displayed on your platform are completely fabricated and bear no resemblance to the actual hotel.

The photos are photoshopped. In reality it was much dirtier, the water heater didn’t work in my room, so showering was really cold. The room smelled of urinal cake, because the put two in the sink in the bathroom. Booking said 11€. That would have been an acceptable price, but they wanted 22€. The bed sheets were used. I really don’t understand all the positive reviews. Breakfast consisted of some fruit, sweetened milk with wheat and naan.

No heat... January... were gonna charge me for it in addition to the room rate. No toiletries, not one, as advertised even after asking.... they never arrived. No squeegie to clear the water from the bathroom floor. Mold in the corners. No view again, as advertised. And truthfully I didn't care about the view. But don't advertise it if it's not there. Not enough hot water to wet my short hair before it literally got cold. Grateful to have a place to sleep and I paid for a late check out but wouldn't recommend it this time is year. Being warm and comfortable is part of a hotel stay. Keep looking. I won't stay again.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the overall service provided by the staff was satisfactory. The team was cooperative and supportive throughout our stay. Thank you for the hospitality. We look forward to visiting again in the future.
