I had booked a room in this hotel from feb 14th to 16th 2020. I had paid full amount also at the time of booking.(Booking ID: 72BQJQ). I reached the for check in at 12.30am (15/2/20) . To my surprise and anguish I found , I was cheated and no room was available. I was made to wait in midnight for 1 hour and then the manager at desk took me to a near by hotel , with no provisions offered by the service provider as per their web advt. The room was dirty. The manager guaranteed that I would be given a room in the hotel by next day morning.. Next day morning I went to the hotel desk ..They alloted me a room in the terrace.. Room was stinking with smell of urine and dust.. I went out and searched for a neat room and shifted..I lost my money and was left stranded, humiliated in midnight... Any one want similar experience can book in this hotel..

Good clean place to stay near the airport probably the best place I stayed in delhi. I would like to thanks all the staff for the good service.

Quite difficult to locate this place because there's no board citing it's name. Just for someone's info the hotel is on the first and second floor above canara bank without any elevator. Otherwise the rooms were above average and the staff was also okay.

You will have to ask for hand wash soap,towel , on request sometime you will get it. and sometimes you will face issue with television setup box,that needs to be recharged for starting of program. Even these should be basic amenities or service that should be ready instantly.
