Really dishonest people... Seems like they live from lying and scamming people... I had booked another hotel right next to this one and asked for help to some people on the street to find the location. They took me to their hotel instead pretending that it was the one I booked. They asked for my booking confirmation email and pretended throughout that this was the place I booked, they asked me to pay the amount on my confirmation email!! I kept asking questions about why the name was different and that this wasn't the right hotel they wouldn't respond, and act super shady. It was very late at night and I didn't want to go on my own in the streets so I just ended up staying there. The room was less than average. Dirty. Hairs inside the toilet. It got super hot in the morning, impossible to sleep. No water in the morning. But above all I had a terrible time staying at a place which felt unsafe to me, with dishonest people that live from scamming other human beings.

Bed sheets were dirty , found lizards in the room , AC remotes and TV remotes totally not working , faucets broken , dirty toilets , too much dust in the room, dust on the fan ceilings , hygiene - 1/10 , food is okay, utensils not really clean though, told the room service to clean my room for 6 days ..they ignored recklessly.. Plus they take extra amount of money if you dont book online .. and give you the below average room for luxury price. Better to find another place rather than coming in this hotel if you have hygiene issues specifically.

Very bad horrible experience....... Lie they lie a lot..... They will not never give you the room..... Cheating people I have ever seen in my life. I was able to cancel through Agoda.... But these are very strange people...unsafe place.... Your foolish reply is not enough...... Keep with you your apology.....

Please do not book rooms in this hotel. The check in experience was horrible. We were a group of 3 who booked room for a night through oyo. We reached the hotel late by 1am. However after reaching the hotel, the staff didn't allow us to check in saying that they have ceased check in for oyo. We couldn't do anything but book another hotel, during the middle of the night and also we were really exhausted. Please do not book rooms in this hotel. If you do, you'll be tricked for sure.

One of the worst experience ever. Despite repeated request to provide toiletries and towel , they failed to provide one and after running behind their staff for 2 hours , I finally managed to get the toiletries delivered in my room but could not get a towel so could not take a bath. My advice to the management is that look for yourself the working of your staff or else in such a crowded locality like Mahipalpur your hotel might loose its shine. Otherwise the hotel is hygienic and clean.
