I had a very pleasant stay at Ginger Gurugram Sector 1 for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. A special mention to Ankur Sami and Kritika at the reception, who was extremely sweet, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. His warm attitude really added to the overall experience. The food was another highlight with assistance from Himani and Pandas. We tried the in-house dining, and the Thai green curry was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast spread was good, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and I especially appreciated the live dosa and omelette counter where you can request freshly prepared items. The hotel is also conveniently located, making it easy to access different parts of Gurugram. Overall, a great experience with good service, comfortable rooms, and tasty food. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Stay was comfortable. I stayed for almost 2 weeks, location is premium as it is integrated with Foyar mall. I received a very good service from the reception specifically from Ankur Saini. Ankur provided great assistance and helped us with all the necessities. Cleaning staffs are well behaved and professional. Thanks Ginger team.

I am extremely upset with this property. They charge a very high amount but provide absolutely no proper facilities or service. It is a pathetic hotel. The gym is located on the top floor, and loud music plays from 5:00 AM until 12:00 PM. On top of that, the sound of gym equipment continues from 5:00 PM until 12:30 AM. It is impossible to sleep due to the constant noise. Room service is very poor. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty and had a bad smell. There was no hot water, and sometimes not even normal running water. The towels were dirty as well. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The management seems new and unable to handle guest complaints or resolve issues properly. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Had a very pleasant stay at Ginger 1 Palam Vihar. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers great comfort for both business and short stays. A special mention to Keatika at reception—she was extremely courteous, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Her professionalism truly enhanced the overall experience. Would definitely recommend this place!
