So I stayed here for two days. I was only planning to stay for one, but the experience was so good that I just had to extend. The staff here is honestly one of the kindest of any service apartments nearby, and I've tried a lot of them. I actually chose this over Accor Hotels and other reputed brands because I wanted a change, and it was the right call, you get much more space, better facilities, and a better locality. Overall, it’s just a great experience. Lalit from the night duty front office team also did an amazing job and was incredibly helpful with everything. Really appreciate the great service!

Outstanding stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, the food was delicious, and the service exceeded all expectations. Great location, comfortable beds, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The worst experience i have ever had in my life I stayed here for two weeks and each day I have faced different issues First I found cockroaches and condoms in our rooms, cleaning was not properly done Inspite of booking king suite they have provided some low level hotel room with no cleanliness Second day when shifting request was done they falsely said all rooms are booked even though not more than 10 rooms are booked in entire hotel After lots of discussions they still not provide us king suite , they provide another fishy room with no toiletries at first place. Wifi was not working inspite of complaining about it, no resolution provided. Further after arguments they provided king suite after a week even though we checked availability in several sites rooms were available. After providing king suite room, we found lizard on bed luckily I clicked the picture of lizard on bed otherwise they won't accept the issue and spiders on wall after room service as well. Such poor maintenance they have done, this hotel might look good from outside but inside it is not well maintained. Pests are common in this hotel. Also after all this, they missed laundry as well, no management at all. They just say sorry for all the things and ask for more time, but they won't provide you any solution of the problems. Not one facility they are providing is upto the mark. In all areas I will rate 0 from 5. Never ever stay here. Worst hotel of my life.

Stayed at FLXHO Hotel with my family and had a really good experience. We booked it at the last moment, and it turned out to be a great choice. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is peaceful and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. The food was genuinely good and freshly prepared. The staff was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the owner for being so supportive and making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle free stay. Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again. Thank you! ⭐

The hotel’s hospitality was exceptional. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help whenever needed. The food was delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. My company arranged a 15-day stay for us, and those 15 days turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and warm hospitality.
