I stayed here for one night and this was my first experience to stay here in saltstayz. But for sure I will not stay here. Some of the key points I have highlighted below, 1. Room Size is small but managebale for one person but surely not for 2 people. 2. Bathroom size is so small that even one person cant even stand below shower. 3. Major factor to consider here in terms of safety: There is power socket exactly behind the wall where we took shower and water is getting spilled all over socket which is major safety concern. (Images are attached) 4. In bathroom most of the sockets are not properly fitted. 5. Mosquitoes are one of the major issue and hotel is not taking care of the same properly. 6. Food is average and very expensive. 7. They consider this as business hotel but they do not have iron in the facility. 8. Service is very very slow. I had to wait for drinking water for almost half an hour and that too after reminding them for 3-4 times. For sure I will not stay here again.

Horrible staff, service, management and hygiene is absolutely zero. Unprofessional setup with zero hospitality. We booked the entire stay for 2 nights for a wedding. The rooms were not ready, the staff was unresponsive, the receptionist was not only clueless but also extremely rude. Such a pathetic experience in totality. Although the rooms were booked 6 months prior and all information, from guest list to room allotment, everything was shared at the reception, yet they could not provide basic hospitality services, forget about any other exclusiveness. There were no toiletries, tissue roll or even towels provided. Despite of calling for the room service, it took the staff over an hour and half of the time they didn’t show up. Check in time is apparently 2 pm or so, rooms weren’t ready till 6 in the evening. The food was undercooked, stale and dirty. It was an embarrassing experience as we booked the entire place for other guests and every single person was highly disappointed and offended. Hope you level up your game and take reviews seriously.

Overall my stay is wonderfull ,service food and location is perfect .I booked for my corporate client they all satisfied with service .I must appricate Mr. Himanshu for his service ,he is very proffessional and always on toes for guest.

Don't reference the pictures as the hotel rooms were absolutely hideous. They were very unclean. As for the service,it is ultimately misleading. They are very slow. We ordered one of their non-vegetarian items and the meat was completely raw.I didn't trust their food and no one should. Overall, it is a waste of money.

Rooms and service is bad. Receptionists don't even know how to h behave properly. My car was parked in front of the other building and not in front of the hotel and found my car tires flat. This hotel doesn't have any parking. Only 4 cars can be parked. Which is never free. There is no security for the car. The hotel should have its own parking and should not ask us to park anywhere else. There is literally no security.
