Dear Sudheer yadav Great service and friendly staff. Will visit again.” “Quick response and professional work. Loved it.” “Trusted place with genuine service.”

The rooms are generally clean and well maintained. Rooms offer good value for money. I recommened Sudheer, the front desk supervisor. He is extremely professional, friendly and patient when assisting.

Hospitality and a warm welcome are the most basic expectations anyone has from a hotel. Unfortunately, this essential aspect is completely missing here, mainly due to the day reception staff. While the location and price are good, the overall experience is ruined by the daytime front-desk staff member, who is consistently rude, unhelpful, and unnecessarily argumentative, even over the smallest matters. There is a clear lack of professionalism and basic courtesy during day-shift interactions. It is evident that this day reception staff member prioritizes short-stay couples, welcoming them warmly, while guests staying for work or looking for peace are treated with indifference or hostility. Instead of focusing on guest service, he spends excessive time engaged in casual chit-chat at the reception desk, which further reflects poorly on professionalism. If you are only looking for a place for a few hours with minimal expectations, you may go ahead. However, if you want peace of mind, a respectful atmosphere, or a place to calmly work, this is absolutely not the place. The day-shift reception staff will ensure your peace does not remain intact. I have stayed at many hotels across different places, and this experience ranks as the lowest of them all. As a frequent traveler, this hotel has lost a regular customer, solely because of the behavior of this specific day-shift front-desk individual. It is especially disappointing because the brand owner appears humble and soft-spoken. Management should seriously review who is handling the day reception desk and how staff are trained. Front-desk roles demand trained, courteous professionals, not behavior that drives guests away.
