From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel itself exuded elegance and sophistication, with tastefully decorated rooms that provided the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail seemed to be meticulously curated, from the plush bedding to the stunning views from my window. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exemplary service provided by the staff. Each and every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and exceeded. Dear readers, Before you read this. You should know that I have stayed in different saltstayz at different point of time and generally they are great..but this is an exeption. The rooms are great, washroom is clean, and most of the staff is cooperative. Except this manager who goes by the name of Aman and has no respect for you or your belongings. On having some mistakes in the form, he did not allow me to write it again and rather asked my friend to do it because I may not be competent enough. Secondly, when I asked him that I will not take room number 103 because of a lizard on the wall, he asked me to wait 20-30 minutes while he was willing to send others to their room who came after me. Thirdly, when alloted a room, he did not send anyone to clean and I waited 20 minutes outside. Fourthly, after alloting myself the room 301, he alloted the same room to others as well as 2 women unknowingly entered in my room. Fifthly, everything was delayed, such as water bottle, hanger, iron, etc. Finally, when I asked around, nobody likes this manager called AMAN and he is a completely unviable for saltstayz businesses and blackmailing me that I come from gurgoan only and have my friends here only who can do anything. Such managers really disrupt our peaceful stays here. And trust me, otherwise saltstayz are like hard to beat stays. And other manager Rajneesh was extremely helpful and nice. He was respectful and fun to talk too. Managers like Rajneesh are key to success of such places.

Very bad property, filthy rooms, property managers are adament and don't send housekeeping staff to clean the room. Even after making confirm booking they deny room. Property managers are drunk and misbehave if you complain and deny the room for next time.

Except for the large rooms and bathrooms which were not clean everything else is below average. Food quality and pricing is good, service is not, loud reception which was disturbing our sleep at night. No extension in the room, TV took a lot of effort to start working. However the rates are affordable.
