Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would rate my experience 9/10. The property is well maintained, clean, and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall hospitality exceeded my expectations. The location and ambiance made the stay even more enjoyable. The only area that needs improvement is the network connectivity. I experienced very poor mobile signal throughout my stay, and the Wi-Fi was also unstable and slow at times. Since reliable internet is important for both personal and professional needs, improving the network and Wi-Fi connectivity would make the guest experience even better. Apart from this one issue, everything else was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again.

Had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was also very good. I stayed in Room 107 and had a wonderful experience. I had booked 3 rooms here for my family/group, and we all really enjoyed our stay. Everything was well managed and comfortable. Special mention to Manoj for the good service and support. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a great budget stay for short term. The staff is very helpful. They even have a restaurant so meals and snacks are sorted. They could just improve on some small details which go a long way in improving the experience. For example we faced - 1) Washroom wash basin had slow drainage so water used to collect causing issues. 2) Dust had collected on top of Kettle and Chair. But I'd recommend 10/10 to stay here if planning for less than a week

Manoj of F&B and Venusko of front desk are courteous enough to extend nice gesture during reception and at breakfast. I appreciate their support and guest service. Also the place is very good ,hygienic and upto date. Only I found it is not value for money, to the kind of room it is very expensive. Considering the place and staff I like to stay here everytime I visit Gurgaon and will also suggest my connects about it provided your cost is as per budget hotel. Thanks
