We as a group of students recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The basic amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water were all functioning properly. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping everything tidy. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The food served was good and hygienic. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I would consider visiting again.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Villa in New Delhi Mahipalpur. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were neat spacious, and had all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers near by Airport and have also less crowded .What truly made my experience special was the exceptional Greeting and service provided by Mr. Malik. He is extremely professional, humble, and always ready to help with a warm smile. His hospitality and dedication towards guests really stand out and made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. I highly recommend Grand Villa Mahipalpur to anyone visiting New Delhi. If you stay here, you’ll definitely experience great comfort and outstanding service. Thank you to the entire team, especially Mr. Malik for making my stay memorable

1 Star ⭐ – Totally Waste of Money My experience at Hotel Grand Villa Suites, Mahipalpur was extremely disappointing. The location information and room photos shown online were misleading. The actual rooms were completely different from what was advertised. Although the room had a TV and refrigerator, neither of them was working. When we raised the issue, the staff was uncooperative and argumentative instead of helping. The bedsheets had burn marks and holes, apparently caused by cigarette buds, which was unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, with only parathas being served. New customers are charged additional "service charges," which felt unfair and unreasonable. We were told by the reception that we had to shift to another hotel because repair work would lead to a power outage. However, later we came to know that our room was being allocated to another guest, which felt dishonest. Overall, this stay was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this hotel and suggest future guests be cautious before booking. ⭐☆☆☆☆

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel charged extra for bottled water, which felt unnecessary. Room service was extremely slow, making the experience even more frustrating. The photos shown online are misleading. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, so don't rely on them when booking. The food was the biggest disappointment. It was of poor quality and tasted terrible. I would not recommend ordering food from the hotel. Overall, I don't think this hotel offers good value for the money, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Rekha at reception made my stay welcoming and provided everything l needed. She even moved me to a premium room as l wanted a window view. My flight is in the evening and l can freshen up before l leave. Room was clean with AC,Fridge,hair dryer, coffee facilities and a TV. Thank you Rekha and not to forget the service boy who helped with setting up facilities in the room.
