My stay for 7 days was very enjoyable. The food was excellent, and I was really pleased with the staff’s behavior as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms. However, I feel there is still some scope for improvement in terms of presentation. Everything could be arranged and maintained in a more polished and visually appealing way to enhance the overall experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Aerostar Gold by Happy Home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a relaxing environment throughout my visit. Room service was prompt and well-managed, ensuring all requests were handled smoothly. I would especially like to appreciate the receptionist for their warm and professional approach. The check-in process was seamless, and they were courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, the hotel reflects a high standard of hospitality with a welcoming atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Don't go by the photos. They are at least 7 years old. Rooms are cramped and paint has peeled off. Washrooms are decent thankfully. The kettles in the room have black material at the base indicating the overall cleanliness. The staff is very rude and service is practically non existent. They also pad up your bill with items you have not ordered.

Had a great experience at Hotel Aerostar Gold by Happy Home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was smooth. Good value for money—would definitely recommend for a pleasant stay!
