Staff is polite but always puzzled you with lot of stories.. no restaurant at all..I have order my dinner through them..and even after 1.5 hrs they have not delivered..when I ask them they said stories boy not there he met with an accident..we will try..at 11.30 how come I arrange the food..not able to go out due to bad location of hotel. Cleanliness is zero..washroom and every stuff is too dirty. Breakfast not available..they will give you what they like. I asked for a cup of tea.. they keep on saying we will arrange in a min or two..but till 11 no. Tea at all..for stay if you want to Starve. Rooms are preoccupied by lot of mosquitoes in the room. The rooms are their territory you can't mess with them. I asked the staff to spray so insecticides or just provide all-out or something else, after a 2-3 recall they provide a all out fill with detergent liquid.. Ofcose good for unmarried couples..because they hardly enquire about ids.

Worst exoerexper I had with this hotel, following services were not available even after demanding 1. Mineral water was not provided after asking also they say ,have to get from outside. 2. No hangers in room for clothes. 3.No hot water for bath have .to wait for 30 minutes 4. AC makes notice like concorde aircraft. 5.Breakfast no choice ,have it or don't that's ur choice. 6.No clean Towels Pathetic experience...& The liatvqill go on.

Location is not comfortable, area isn't in good surrounding.. I won't prefer to visit in such location.. And when i was walking towards my hotel, other oyo hotel guys were behaving like, sir pls come, u want room, we have, even after saying I hv booking with oyo only, he was insisting to come. It was really like they are giving room to couples just to f***k around. It was so bad experience and room was not that comfortable and not worth.. Please teach them not to behave like they r in Chandni chowk or railway station. I never felt that bad ever whenever booked in gurgaon. I won't prefer dwarka ever.. Thnks

Hotel is so so. Surrounding is still under construction. It's an isolated area but good for spending time. Also the staff is very courteous. There is no place for eating around also. The hotel has its own restaurant but food is not good in taste and it's a bit costly too

One of the worst service. Room are not cleaned and rest room completely unhygine. Plse dont go here. And they tried to post positive review with 5 stars from my mobile itself. Bad experience.
