had a good experience near igi airport night stay... safe place and honest staff.. gave back my item which was left in my room.. Mr.ashutosh was very helpful during the stay.. value for money stay ...

We had a nights stay at the hotel and it was a pathetic experience. I did book from goibibo seeing the rating, but when I reached there the manager took my phone to check the booking id and he himself rated 5 star in goibibo. Pls dont be fooled by the goibibo ratings for the hotel its fake .. the staffs themselves rate it from our phone. The basic amenties werent provided. The bathroom lock was broken. Asked for little hot water which came after 3 hrs Tv wasn’t working Food wasn’t given. Overall worst experience. Pls don’t trust the ibibo rating. Response to management: We aren’t writing anything wrong here. Why would I rate your hotel 5 star in goibibo when even the basic facilities weren’t provided? I had to follow up 3-4 times to get some hot water. And when finally there was no response, I had to step down , come to the reception and I stood there for another half n hour to get a mug of water.

No way this place deserves a 3-star rating. Extremely unhygienic experience overall. The room had a strong smell of smoke along with a foul odor, almost like a dead rat. I even spotted cockroaches in the washroom, which was very disturbing. To make it worse, there were small hair on the bed as well. Definitely not a pleasant or clean stay.

My family had to call the Delhi Police at midnight just to get a refund for a room they never used. After paying in full at check-in, they discovered that the room was dirty and there were people drinking inside the property. They immediately decided not to stay, but the staff refused to refund the money and the owner ignored all calls. Only after the police arrived did the hotel agree to return the payment. This is not hospitality—it's completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel Thank you Delhi police 🚓

The hotel pictures are fake. The hotel rooms are like Dharamshala. The dining area is not hygienic, and mice were seen roaming. They have charged exhorbitantly for superior room with break fast to us. The room given to me was not even close to a normal deluxe room. As they claim, they dont provide any welcome drink, they have no idea what room is booked on whose name. They provided me the lowest category room but when i enquired they upgraded me to a little bigger room. I couldnt sleep there in the night, they dont have sound proof windows, the window had gaps and it was slightly open, I couldnt close it, Till midnight, enormous noise from Logistics / Courier company couldnt let me sleep. The area itself doesnt feel safe. Very shady. Never plan a visit to this area and to this hotel. Doesn't even feel like we are in our Capital city. During check out, receptionist even tried to bluff me by asking for the payment of GST on the prepaid booked hotel room. I mean shame on you guys. Very much disappointed.
