⭐ 1 Star This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. We were part of a group of five families, and our entire trip was managed by a travel agent. At the time of check-out, just before we had to leave for our flight, the hotel suddenly informed us that payment for two days was still pending and demanded money from us. This issue should have been clarified beforehand between the hotel and the travel agency. Instead, we were put under unnecessary stress at the last moment, risking a delay to our flight. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. Guests should not be dragged into payment disputes between hotels and travel agents. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
