I Felt its a Backwash hotel . Reception person dont have a courtesy to process . I was reaching on x date at morning around 6 am and abt to leave on same day evening around 3 pm i requested to provide a room for a day and reception girl says to book for two days .. such a hats up decision by hotel team .. it indicates how friendly those guys would be if i would have booked hotel

The Elite City hotel offers a pleasant stay, particularly due to its neatness. The well-maintained rooms and clean bathrooms were appreciated. Both the receptionist and manager provided excellent service, with the receptionist even going to the highway to pick us up around 11 PM. It's great value for money.

Please avoid. First point: this is inside some slender streets, no way one can find out. No Geyser. Health faucet leaks. Bed sheet, pillow covers weren't fresh and washed. Intercom didn't work. Smart TV , no free shows or movies. No Airtel signal, they give WiFi password, can't trust so didn't use. Someone was banging the door of some room in that row of rooms, not sure if it was late midnight or early morning, multiple bangs , no sound proofing, so no sleep. Crappy breakfast. Tea kettle wasn't clean. Location is not in IGI as given in their posting reposted in booking.com. You have to cross the too busy highway to reach this slender tightly populated streets. So, why I stayed here? Too tired to search for another hotel. Otherwise polite people. Clean floor and wall. Nothing more.

I would highly recommend the Hotel Precesion Palace near Delhi Airport, to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff were always willing to help. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Delhi near IGI Airport, I would definitely recommend the Hotel Precesion Palace near Delhi Airport.
