Please avoid. First point: this is inside some slender streets, no way one can find out. No Geyser. Health faucet leaks. Bed sheet, pillow covers weren't fresh and washed. Intercom didn't work. Smart TV , no free shows or movies. No Airtel signal, they give WiFi password, can't trust so didn't use. Someone was banging the door of some room in that row of rooms, not sure if it was late midnight or early morning, multiple bangs , no sound proofing, so no sleep. Crappy breakfast. Tea kettle wasn't clean. Location is not in IGI as given in their posting reposted in booking.com. You have to cross the too busy highway to reach this slender tightly populated streets. So, why I stayed here? Too tired to search for another hotel. Otherwise polite people. Clean floor and wall. Nothing more.

We booked the room via agoda for a day As soon as we entered our room, we asked for wifi. However, the speed was less than 40mbps We called the reception and asked them to check, the boy came and said I will go and see, he never came back. I went to the reception and the lady said there is an issue with your laptop, our speed is fine. Then we ordered tea, no one came for 20 mins We called the kitchen, the boy was like - Chai mangaya tha kya? And disconnected the call. Then he called back and said there was no milk so the person who answered the call went to buy it. Then he came with the tea in 5mins, uncooked tea and look at the kettle image below, how dirty it was. And he never gave sugar separately as requested. Tea bags were kept open, old. There was no towel, soap etc in the bathroom. I turned on the gyser and it wasn’t working, the same wifi boy came and said it’s not working I will send someone, we asked him to change our room. Again he said I will go and see, no response for 20 mins. We called again he said all the rooms are occupied, sending someone in 10 mins No body came to resolve it. I called again and asked for manager’s number, the person disconnected the call on my face. I don’t know how people gave good rating to this hotel, maybe they asked them to give good ratings. I recommend not to book this hotel.

Exceptionally bad. This is a scam. The pictures are nothing like the real rooms. True horror story. Charged Rs 1000 extra for online booking. Food items extremely low overpriced. Never ever stay here.

NOT AS ADVERTISED!! This place is VERY different from the Booking.com description: 1. It’s location is not on a real road and a 2 min walk into a dark alley 2. They were going to charge me 3x the Booking.com price 3. They were randomly calling me asking where I am (just suspicious) 4. Not sympathetic at all at the front desk to all of the above The only truths: near the airport and the lobby seemed legit. I would not recommend unless this is what you are expecting.

Dirty room. There were dirty footprints in the bathroom. I got electric shocks when I tried to use the shower. The wifi didn't work for most of my stay. There was a water kettle with atale water in it, but no cup or glass to use.
