One of the worst experience. As I had booked hotel with breakfast that was already paid in the total tarrif but when I reached hotel I was denied to stay in the hotel as I was having kashmir id. Then hiw would u feel when u have a family n 4 years old son I was dead tired travelled from srinagar to delhi. Then I called customer care executive I was given another hotel which was very far from there it costs me alot to reach there, when I reach there then I was given the room without hot water service that too in winter and had no breakfast including. One of my worst experience. I am going to share this experience on social media about agoda n hotel rose residence. They even didn't provide us a bottle if water. I had to buy it from the near by market. Worst worst experience.

Horrible don't go by the photos and the names of the hotel on online sites. They are cheaters and don't give checkin. After booking for 5 night from 16th March to 21st March on oyo and making full payment on oyo itself the hotel receptionist denied the booking and demanded more money. All hotels in this area are FRAUDS. BEWARE

Worst hotel ever... They never accept mmt bookings. So nvr book this hotel through Make my trip. And they are also asking for more money too..

Denied check in despite having a paid booking made due to higher rates that they get locally. Got me stranded for hours. Agoda/oyo none of the customer services were of any help.

Room and washroom are dirty, television is not working even flush also not working as well as door lock is broken & if you book through oyo app then don't book this hotel otherwise you will face a lot of problems on this hotel as i faced.All worst worst worst
