The rooms are very dirty and smell bad. The cupboard is broken, TV doesn't work, and the geyser isn't heating water properly. The rooms are cleaned every other day, which isn't enough. The area around the hotel is also dirty, with trash on the road. It's really disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel in Delhi, and I truly appreciate the kindness of the staff. I reached late at night and couldn’t find the place, but the staff personally came to guide me to the hotel, which was extremely helpful and thoughtful. They were very polite and took good care of me. However, I would like to mention two things for improvement: • The rooms did not look the same as shown in the pictures. • I noticed a small cockroach in the washroom, which was quite disappointing.

A fantastic stay with comfortable beds and a serene atmosphere. The hotel’s attention to detail made us feel truly pampered. Worth every penny

Overall, the hotel had bare minimum service. Would only recommend if you're on a tight budget and need bare minimal services and overnight sleep. Where the service was decent: - helped carry luggage to room (photo. Attached) - good place to sleep, temperature was manageable with fan. - although things were lacking due to poor planning on their part, the hotel management made sure to fix them or provide alternatives promptly Areas to improve (some maybe specific to the room): - crowded location, traffic noises during the day, but mostly quiet at night - the name of the hotel had changed but they hadn't updated it on cleartrip, had to confirm by calling Cleartrip - room windows didn't have a good view, since hotel's location is in a congested corner of Mahipalpur - hadn't provided coffee/milk sachet initially, had to call them to get that - bathroom handle broken (photo attached) - water wasn't available momentarily, they had to start the pump after calling them - ac doesn't work properly, always set to 18 C but gives air that's not even 24 C. - toilet seat cover was dislocated - the hotel management didn't check kettle before allocating room, had to replace after calling them while I was already in a rush in the morning.

There is NO hotel in the Name of Deluxe Stay Inn at the Google Location or in Delhi. It is completely FRAUD. Through Online Booking, if you book and call the hotel they will confirm your booking, however, if you reach at the google location, they ask to come Luxury Stay Hotel and as per the rate of booking they will provide any hotel, which is below standard. If we ask for the reason, they threaten and cancel the booking. A fraud system is going on. Don't believe online booking on this hotel. The pictures shown on the site is not at all real. Even no such hotel room is available. Completely FRAUD. Do Not BOOK and Pay in Advance.
