Big appreciation for ZIP by Spree Hotel for hosting my son's rice eating ceremony. Their excellent service was noteworthy during the occassion. In addition to the amazing ambiance, they had been cooperative during the entire course of the event planning. Special mention for Vignesh who was courteous, professional and attentive to our guests' needs.Their service is highly recommended.

Thanks to have Vignesh & Harpreet as Managers at hotel who made our stay really comfortable.Rooms are very spacious & good. They have basement parking facility as well. Reception staff & Saajib at Restaurant were good at their job. My ratings would be:- Rooms : 5/5 Food : 3.5/5 Admin Staff : 5/5 Location: 5/5 Housekeeping: 4/5 Room Service: 3/5 (boy called Akbar was ill-mannered & rude) Mobile network : 3/5 WiFi at hotel: 5/5 Overall very good place to stay! Keep up the standards!!

Loved the stay, Room was spacious, clean and hygienic. Good WIFI connectivity. No fuss with the check in or check out process. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly everyday. The only disappointment would be food as it was average.

It's a nice hotel. Initially, the staff wasn't friendly, and I had to suffer a bit. However, Mrinal (receptionist) helped me through the complete process of refund and checkout. Overall, It was a nice stay. The room service was great. Room amenities were nice, but there were some downsides: 1. There were lots of mosquitoes in my room. 2. Mobile networks were not working for Airtel and Vodafone.

Overall, my stay at the Purple Orchid was satisfactory. The spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, but the underground parking, though convenient, had limited space. The staff's friendliness was lacking, as they repeatedly asked for my room number upon entry, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, their refusal to allow my driver to drop off a bag left in the car was disappointing; having to retrieve it myself at the reception was inconvenient. It would have been appreciated if they had offered to deliver it via a room service attendant.
