Stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days in the Deluxe King Room with a pool view. Let's get the pros out of the way. The size of the room is good, it doesn't feel cramped. It's also fairly clean, but could be better. The lenin was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Noise wasn't an issue at all, we couldn't hear anything from neighbouring rooms or from the outside despite the hotel being on a busy main road. The staff was exceptionally polite and provided great service experience, so thanks to them the stay was slightly pleasant.
Now speaking of the standards, the towels and the rest of the furniture in the room was quite dirty, we stayed away from using them. There is a mini fridge in the room but no bar, you can use it to keep your own drinks cool, nothing more.
A sore point of our stay was the absolute lack of hot water in the en-suite. We complained to them on both days. On the second day, we lost 4 hours of our evening because the staff kept going back and forth between our room and the control room/mains room, but even after this, there was no sign of hot water, untimely had to ask for bucket with some. Even low budget hotels get this basic amenity right.
The food here is extremely disappointing. The quality and taste is poor to say the least. The restaurant area is not very clean either. After the first meal here, we ordered our food from delivery apps for the rest of our stay.
I wouldn't pick this hotel to stay again. It's not worth the price they're charging. When booking a star hotel, you expect better, this place doesn't match up to that.
