I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at Ibbani Cadu Estate in Coorg. While I appreciate the beautiful infrastructure, I must express my disappointment with the poor property management that significantly impacted our experience. During our stay, we encountered several issues that were not adequately addressed by the property manager, Ms. Kavya. Despite repeated requests, the washbasin continued to leak throughout our visit. Ms. Kavya repeatedly promised that it would be fixed, but these promises were not fulfilled. Similarly, there were ongoing issues with the hot water supply. Beyond these maintenance concerns, I found Ms. Kavya to be unprofessional and unresponsive. Her lack of initiative and attention to detail made our stay uncomfortable. She seemed more concerned with avoiding responsibility than with resolving issues. In contrast, the room boys were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible, despite the challenges posed by Ms. Kavya's management. I understand that the owner has invested heavily in the infrastructure at Ibbani Cadu Estate. However, without proper maintenance and effective property management, the full potential of this beautiful property cannot be realized. I urge you to consider addressing these issues so that future guests can have a more positive experience.

Seeing so many great reviews, our might be a one of case. But I feel it needs to be told. Had booked a stay in IbbaniCadu Homestay for 2 nights. Had booked 2 twin bed room. We were 5 adults and 1 kid. 3 adults were 75 + and the kid was 8 year old. We had made the booking and paid the advance almost a month back, and before travelling had Whatsapped the Ibbani contact a night before. Upon reaching we were told that they can only offer 1 room as mistakenly 1 of our room was double booked. I am pretty sure close to the date of travel their room rates might have gone up and hence they would have offered our room to someone else at a higher rate. They could have told us about the situation before we started our travel, but they choose to keep it for the last moment. After reaching there they offered to give us 1 room in a different homestay, HoneyPot (1.5 kms away). This was unacceptable to us, so we decided to leave and asked them for a refund. Being a busy weekend, we had to drive around Madikeri for over 2 hours before we could find a decent accommodation. This was a torture given we had 3 75+ year old adults and a 8 year old kid. Moreover the refund did not come swiftly. It only came after I made numerous calls to them. So for me this was the worst experience I have ever had and will never recommend this homestay to anyone.

If u want quiet and peace u must book this place it’s up in the hills and u can be one with nature also their breakfast options r limited but nice and it’s clean and neat and its like. Homestay not resort ideal for family and spacious better to have your own vehicle to go to town and back There is parking and garden and staff is friendly and helpful

Such an amazing stay for an entire family. Really beautiful location and services provided by the staff who was available continuously. The food cooked was homely . Its a Must visit if you staying with Family.

Excellent stay and lovely location. Huge rooms and amazing food from their live kitchen. You just cannot ask for more. Special thanks to Raghavendra for taking care of us and arranging everything in a jiffy. I am definitely looking forward to visit again. Thank you!!!!!
