Property Rules

1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

2. Early Check in or late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of child may be complementary as per properties terms and condition.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress may be provided for triple occupancy bookings. Subject to availability for specific property.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. This may change subject to property terms and conditions.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

9. Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

10. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

12. Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Beautiful house. There are so many plants and it's amidst nature. The host is very warm and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay. It's quite outside from all the tourist places but peaceful.

I am not exaggerating... He is the best host i have ever saw. Roshan is such a nice guy who deal customers with utmost love. I stayed for 6 days in this place and felt like home. He served me the best kerala food. It's not about the food he gave ,it's about how he treat us. The hotel has this kerala authenticity. We may have great hotels in urban area, but this one really gives u the real kerala feeling... Thank you

Hospitality at its peak good and genuine people they care you like family, feels like more of a home here you wouldnt let go of this place. Beatiful location and you have pets that accompany you.

Lovely place to stay with family. Cordial owner...... Connectivity & food are not available. If we drop in with car.... then it IS the place to stay with family.

I was there for about 7 days and I am more then happy that I decided to stay there.First off all if you are new in time and don't know anything about the place people and language it would be a wise decision to stay at Sunrise Resort as the host Roshan will be your one man contact for any help at any time with any problem,just call him and he will be available in no time. The place is like 10kms aways from main town,which Hardy takes 20-25 mins to reach. But colleges like Government Medical college,IIM kozikhode is within 3kms from the place. Now the place where I stayed, Sunrise Homestay,the main plus point about the place is its owner Mr Roshan,such a gem of a person,he took every care of us,as if we are his family members,from breakfast to dinner,pick up and drops everything was taken care off by him.You ask him for any help at any time he is there for you and I am not exaggerating. Now the place,rooms are big and clean,and the ambiance is so so peaceful that it can't be explained,you can only experience once you stay there. All amenities are available,if you need something extra just tell Roshan and he will arrange that for you in no time. The place,the host and the ambiance,you must stay there to experience.
