First of all if you don't have own vehicle, please don't plan to stay at this place, this is about 2.5kms from the Ooty main bus stand and auto will charge around 200. I gave 2 stars only because of the pick and drop provided by Mr. Mohammed who was very helpful but otherwise the rooms are very small cramped up, no ventillation and don't expect any basic facilities like Kettle, coffee or tea powder etc., There was frequent power fluctuations too and no power backup. Upon asking I was provided with 1 towel and a soap by Mohammed, otherwise not much to talk about. There is one small restaurant (looks like) and a tea shop but no other shops or eateries around. Agoda charged me 2600 for this 1 night stay just for 1 person is not at all worth it.

The cottage and service are very good, nearby 5 tourists visit place around 1 km from the property, nearest by Ooty main bus stand, property exact opposite restaurant available, near by 2 small tea shops, very nice for family, couples and group stay as well. Host are very friendly and helpful, recommended this place

This was a big lie. The hotel is situated in some remote place, with no sign boards to reach. I have added screenshot of the room booking i made. It says 4 adults plus 1 kid. But when we arrive there the host gave us a double cot and said thats it. He was saying by mistake we added like that in website. Having travelled with my elderly parents and a kid it was such a nightmare. He went on to say you just booked the property you didn’t contact us and confirm the details (wherein usually we believe what they mentioned on website will be true). I can give you floor bed if you want otherwise you cancel was the response he got. After an argument we got one room extra. Overall it was a bad experience which spoiled our day. Rooms were smelling bad and not hygienic. I would not recommend to anyone.
