I recently stayed at Alaya Stays in Shimla for a week, and it was truly a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully arranged with a refrigerator, microwave, and proper kitchen utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and homely. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from Mall Road — a perfect combination. The sunset views from the living room were simply beautiful and made our evenings extra special. Facilities like hot water, heating, good Wi-Fi, and smooth parking added to the comfort. A heartfelt thanks to Ajay, who took care of us during the first half of our stay, and Suraj, who managed everything in the second half. Both were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a warm, relaxing, and memorable stay.

Had a really great stay at Baljees Forest Hill. The place was super clean and located in a very convenient area, quite close to Mall Road which made getting around easy. The safety and overall environment felt very comfortable. The caretaker Ajay was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. The place already had all the basic things we required, so the stay was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

Overall stay was awesome. Both Ajay and Suraj were excellent care takers making sure our stay was comfortable. Booking thru the property agents was not good. I ended up booking online myself. It would have been better if the apartment had a bin for the trash in the kitchen and a couple of hooks to hang the towels. Location is great, close to the Ridge, 15 mins walk.

The stay was quite cozy and beautiful with a very helpful caretaker(Suraj). The place was well maintained with the stay offering a warm room, hall and a nice balcony facing tall pretty deodar trees. It is located in a silent and posh location(govt offices nearby) which offers a lot of safety and silence away from the mall road. The best part is, it is still only 1 km from the bustling mall road church, just a scenic canopy covered beautiful walk away. The stay offers stunning views, nestled against a hilly terrain, with a view of the city and the hills. The stay has all the facilities with heating systems for the cold weather. As mentioned earlier, Suraj, the caretaker of the property was really helpful with the pickup and dropoffs. Suraj had helped us with everything we needed, from arranging cabs to food.
