Property Rules

2. Early Check in or late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of child may be complementary as per properties terms and condition.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress may be provided for triple occupancy bookings. Subject to availability for specific property.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. This may change subject to property terms and conditions.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

9. Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

10. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

This property is located just in front of chundale bus stand, main road property with all facilities located nearby Washroom is clean and neat, New bedsheets and towel provided Hot water available always Couple friendly property Parking available Manager rauf is so kind and helping nature, he helps us to visit many places in wayanad

Room is excellent with all the needed facilities. Our room has a kitchen with a fridge, induction stove, a pan and a boiling vessel. Greaser facility all the time. The view of Chembra peak from our room balcony is amazing. The guy at the reception is so cool and friendly too. He responded immediately and provided us with excellent cab facility driven by Ranjith Bro and Jason Bro. I strongly recommend to choose Heavenly Wayanad Oyo 77920 and also do book the cab of Ranjith Bro or Jason Bro. They guided us very well with the trip. Cab contact will be given by the reception Bro.

Close to highway with covered parking for two big cars, neat and clean rooms with comfy beds. Very friendly staff and usually accommodating to most of your requirements/requests. We have ordered for different traditional dishes for breakfast, and every time it served on time with higene. Based on my experience, I am quite happy with the stay at this serviced apartment. One can get lavish 2BHK apartments in reasonable cost. Iam not posting any photos as the pictures shown in the site is real. Some people may find there is no recreation facilities, and that's the only minus point here...

Rooms are tooo good. Worth it. And service is awsome. We asked at 3 am for hot water that gyser is not working. They came and fixed it. There was no issue with the gyser though. Lovely ppl
