One of the best property in India. You wake up to the Infinity Pool + Lake View which is very rarest of the hotels. Plus, Lemon Tree Group of Hotels never disappoints in service and food. Scrumptious Food and Friendly Service.

Excellent experience overall ! Rooms are spacious with a lovely view of the pool and vembanad lake. Restaurant food quality and taste was superb, many thanks to Neetu. The pool was clean and poolside serene. Highly recommend 👌

The property is at a nice quiet clean area. We had a deluxe room and had a great view of the lake and the boats going by. Sunrise is a gorgeous view from the room window Chinese nets used to catch fish, can be seen on both the sides. In the morning fishermen are seen catching and bringing clam. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. We even got a massage done which was a nice experience. Suggestions : the property needs to be spruced up a bit. The bathrooms don’t meet the Lemon tree standard. The garden needs maintenance and care. Breakfast spread needs to change daily to give a variety to guests. It’s boring to have the same things for two consecutive days.

Very poorly maintained property, The swimming pool water level is very low, even kids can walk inside the pool. Due to a water leakage issue, not an infinity pool. The reception staff are insulting and rude. The restaurant bathroom lights are not working. not worth the money. I will never revisit this property again.

We visited this property in Feb 2024 on our first wedding anniversary. Plus points- 1. The staff is extremely polite, kind and courteous. They made sure we were comfortable, we were upgraded to a room with better view without charge and all our refreshment requirements were met with timely. They even proactively urged us to take a packed breakfast the morning we were checking out 🙂 Special mention for Mr Bharat who decorated our bed so beautifully on my husband's last minute request. And the ingenuity he displayed by using leaves and varied flower petals. It was his kind act of hardworking that made it even prettier and special. Thank you again 🙂 2. The food. Being a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised to have a significant variety and decently tasty food served in the restaurant 3. The view from our room . Vast stretch of vembanad lake and its beauty was there for us to gaze at from our bed! 4. As a special mention from my husband- the breakfast! The spread was vast, tastes unique and hospitality exceptional! 5. The boat ride recommended and arranged by the hotel was a very beautiful budget friendly experience in the lake. Other options we explored weren't that great. Minutes The property could actually use some maintenance. The walls appear spgges and furniture is worn out, broken at few places- things you can ignore until when you can't. Also, the ayurveda spa is overpriced and ineffective. We actually had booked the resort with a view to enjoy the spa there but were disappointed with the service. Had a much better experience outside the resort thr next day. So basically, if you are someone who is willing to spend some quality time in the lap of nature and surrounded by kind strangers - this is a good place for you provided you have a low expectation of the infrastructure. :)
