Good hotel , polite & courteous staff . Food is good but expensive. Room is luxurious & spacious with all amenities, lots of parking space in and around . Breakfast buffet spread is lavish but repeated . Lots of restaurant & a whole lot of other brands & convenience stores nearby . Ranjit avenue is a posh area and I always prefer to stay here . Overall stay was very comfortable .

The overall experience was quite good. The location was great, the food was decent, and the service was satisfactory. The rooms were comfortable, and the mocktails were excellent. However, the basement washrooms could have been cleaner, as they had a slight smell. Despite that, it was an enjoyable experience overall.

Rooms are good, Buffet options are fine. Best if you came for passport work, regarding your office or study related work. Nearby options available for food. Problem with parking if party or event going on. Feedback Room 310 Bathroom having leakage problem and no vent, required deep cleaning being dust on telephone, wardrobe, remote and tables. Mattress are good n relaxing, Also please keep Towels and basic amenities for two. Also add some sound proof because parties going on which disturb others. Rest all is good

We had worst kinda of stay here. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Except check in check out nothing was smooth. People at reception were polite or at least looked polite. They have worst kinda of in room service, will send food in an 1 hour, simple food like dal khichadi, tea, dal roti. And then They will send food but will not send cutlery, no plates no spoons no bowls. Even after calling, They will say we are sending but will not send. We waited for 30-40 minutes still didn’t sent, and this happened twice on same day. And in evening then they Sent stale dal. We got sick with diarrhoea. Had to literally see the doc.Just ordered from them for one day. Food is too costly, even dal is for 400-500, and that too of bad quality. Avoid food from here anyways. There are many nearby joints/restros, try them. For buffet breakfast, fresh items like South Indian, pooris and parantha were ok. Bakery items, phirni were again not good. Restaurant staff was polite. There is no ventilation in the rooms. Windows are packed. There is no fan. Ac keeps getting off every few hour like there is some auto cut or something. We felt suffocated. Even there is no ventilation in washroom. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you wanna enjoy your trip.

Not a great area to stay if a tourist in Amritsar but the hotel was fine, well apart from the loud music every night going on very late! Breakfast is decent but repetitive.
