We stayed in 304 and I must say it’s one of the best rooms in the hotel. We had been here for a couple of days in in 2024 while the upper floors were still being built and now that it is completed, I’m even more proud of what a comfortable place they have built. One of the key issues I face in winters is the hotels not having adequate water pressure or the geyser not working properly. Faced zero ossues while staying here! 5/5 recommendation, especially at this price point!

I stayed at this property for barely 8–9 hours due to a late-night train from Kamlapati Railway Station. I chose this hotel solely because of its proximity to the station and had already informed the property in advance about the number of adults and children. Based on that, they recommended what they claimed was their best available room. Honestly, this has been the worst stay I have experienced so far, and I have stayed in more than 100 properties across different cities. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would have done so. The biggest issue is that the actual property looks nothing like the photos shown online. The room was extremely small, poorly maintained, and lacked even basic cleanliness. It was so cramped that four adults could not even sit comfortably. This place is absolutely not suitable for families. Basic amenities were missing — no complimentary water bottle, TV remote had no batteries, and the TV itself was not recharged. I had to call the reception 9 times just to get the TV working, which is unacceptable. I genuinely do not understand how this property has received so many positive reviews, as my experience was completely opposite. I strongly advise families and travelers to avoid this hotel. There are much better properties available just across the road, closer to Kamlapati Railway Station, which offer far better value and comfort. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, mainly because of its prime and highly convenient location. Everything I needed was easily accessible, which made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. What truly stood out was the staff—they were extremely helpful, courteous, and always just one call away. Any request or query was handled promptly and with a smile. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience and reliable service.

The hotel location is pretty good but the rooms are very small, I stayed for a day and had a bad experience. 1. I asked 3 times for the towel, and at the end when I went to the reception and asked for it, then only the provided the towel. 2. The water bottle was empty, I called them, and visited the reception for the water, around 8 to 10 times I requested them, but they never provided the water. And I had to ordered it from Blinkit. 3. The shower pipe was damaged. I informed them and asked for the room change or shower repair. They said they will repair it, but they never did. 4. The room smell was really bad, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working properly. 5. They provided the room near the reception, and it was so noisy even at 3 AM, I was not able to sleep properly. The staff were doing chitchat there. Overall, the experience was really bad.
