I recently stayed at Ark Holiday Inn and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were extremely courteous and provided top-class service throughout my stay, always ready to help with a smile and making the experience very welcoming. The food served was delicious, fresh, and satisfying, while the rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained with a cozy atmosphere. However, one small drawback is that you need to pay extra for the room heater, and a few other amenities are also chargeable, which could have been included in the package. Apart from that, everything else about the stay was comfortable and pleasant. The property is peaceful, well-kept, and ideal for a relaxing vacation. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Ark Holiday Inn for its excellent staff service, cleanliness, and good food.

I would highly recommend ark hotel as the staff is extremely generous and the food is too good. It is recommended to take breakfast and dinner buffet as the food quality taste and choices in the buffet is worth the money. There are not many good food joints in Darjeeling so I would say to book it from hotel. Rooms are very spacious exactly as shown in pictures. Thanks to all the staff for taking such good care and giving great hospitality.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we got an amazing experience. All the staffs ,they were all very welcoming and kind . The service was marvelous same as the rooms were in a very good condition. Finally we really enjoyed everything especially the food that we had was amazing.

One thing that truly impressed us was their thoughtful service — we had an early morning checkout at 6 a.m., and the staff kindly packed fresh cut fruits and bread butter for our journey. Such gestures show their genuine care for guests. Overall, DLS ARK Holiday offers great service, wonderful views, delicious food, and warm hospitality — all at very reasonable rates. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Dalhousie!
