Writing this review staying at hotel Room No 404. Actually I recommend this hotel and booked 3 rooms for 3 days.. Pros- Clean rooms New property Decent location Cons- Rude and unprofessional front office staff Even I have to wait for hours and make multiple calls for asking for bed sheets water etc Exbortently High food prices at restaurants Very limited spread in breakfast No one picks up calls for room service and house keeping Outcome- Not worth the price charged by property Need to train stuff on services if they want to survive

We stayed at this hotel for a day, Excellent services & Good Hospitality especially by Mr krishna front office manger helped us,Very nice ambience & food was excellent,staffs are courteous & strongly recommend this hotel

Worst experience ever in this resturant Behaviour is good but service is poor.. huge deference in food quantity. Neat and clean.

We stayed here from 4th April to 6th April 2024 The rooms are small; apparently for this reason the wardrobes dont have doors and the Bathroom door only slides. The consumables provided were however neat and good. The breakfast had a nice spread with a lot of items, though some items like Almonds were stale. The staff don't remember your requests and seem to be on training. However I was not happy with the restaurant. They were unable to supply Tomato soup ( which appeared as an option ) for 2 consecutive days. The first day the reason given was that "the tomatoes were spoilt and the second even after telling in the afternoon , they did not provide saying " Tomato soup cannot be prepared without garlic". There were no curds either saying the procurement manager was on leave. After we escalated our concern, the Executive on duty, assured us to send us Bananas and curds to our room which was brought personally by the Chef. However the Bananas were spoilt and the curds were unpalatable.

We wholeheartedly recommend Greenwood Boutique Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to return for another wonderful experience.
