We had stayed here for 3 days. It was an awesome experience. The staff is very responsive and polite. Hotel is located on main road with lot of parking space for vehicles. The sky garden restaurant is extremely beautiful. The ambience in the evening & night was amazing. Loved dinner with family. Rooms are near and clean as shown in pictures. Washrooms are neat and clean. TV/ internet facilities are working fine. I would give top rating for my stay here.

I had visited this property about a year ago, and at that time everything was well-managed and organized. However, during my recent visit for a friend’s event, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The service was noticeably slow, and there seemed to be a lack of supervision or management presence. It was difficult to find someone to address concerns or assist promptly. One of the major issues was cleanliness. The restaurant washroom was not maintained properly, and the rooftop area—which has great potential and offers a beautiful, nature-like ambiance—was let down by dusty chairs and lack of upkeep. Additionally, the basement area had water accumulation, which further reflects poor maintenance. The property genuinely good but it clearly needs better management attention and regular maintenance to meet expected standards.

I stayed at the hotel from 30 December 25 to 1st January 26. I had a very pleasant stay at Trevon Shire Inn in Haldwani. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff at the hotel were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, their service was prompt and professional, which made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. The General Manager- Mr Joshi and his team Mr. Shravan, Ms. Kiran and Mr. Dinesh were very courteous n cooperative making our stay more comfortable. The food served at the in-house restaurant was tasty and satisfying, with a good variety of options( khumaon ka saag was yummmm). Breakfast had a nice selection, and the quality of the meals added to the overall comfort of the stay. The New party and arrangements were top notch with live band and dj music. The location of Trevon Shire Inn is convenient and easily accessible, making it a good choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend Trevon Shire Inn to anyone visiting Haldwani.

For credibility, I declare that I have no association with the hotel and the staff other than the nascent friendship I have developed with the staff during my dining and stay. The location might be a bit away from the city center but it adds to the comfort, privacy and coziness by numbing the hullabaloo of the city. The view from the executive rooms provide a breathtaking view of the Nainital range, the real experience of living in the mountains but with all the luxury. The rooftop restaurant provides comfortable seating, delicious food and impeccable service from the staff. I understand that the whole staff must be credited for their due diligent service but one manager Ms. Kiran ma'am stands out. For me, she has been my one point of contact for seamless service. I urge everyone who is looking to stay here in haldwani to visit the property and find that all I have said about the place is true.
